We’ve always had a fresh approach to baking, driven by our mission – to give more people better access to the best-quality baked goods. That’s why we proudly bake for a diverse range of customers, from your favourite local espresso bar to London’s top Michelin-starred restaurants. You’ll also we bake for the top grocers like Waitrose and Ocado.

We bake breads, cakes and pastries daily, using time-honoured artisan methods. Our heritage drives us, but we still focus on looking forwards—our values of Quality, Service, Innovation, People and Passion frame everything we do, from the way we create and bake our products, through to the way we deliver 365 days a year. We’ve come a long way since starting in 1993, and we’re excited about where we’re going.
